PE – polyethylene – is one of the most popular plastics used in industry in the food sector and more. It is flexible, odorless, transparent and thermoplastic. It is not one material with specific properties, but a group of materials having various application in everyday life. There are high density polyethylene HDPE and low density LDPE. We use low density material in our production. PE films are characterized by low water vapour permeability, fats are resistance to acid, alkali and salt solutions. Works great at low temperatures down to – 60°C. We use material that is certified for contact with food, which means that it can be intended for the food industry.
PP – polypropylene – It has a wide range of applications in various industries, for example as a coating for greater resistance. This material is resistance to acid, bases, salt and organic substances. It is characterized by high air permeability and low water vapor permeability. This materials does not change at temperatures from -5°C to +100°C.

Natural materials

Due to new legal regulations and care for the reduction of multimaterial waste, whose decomposition process is longer than in the case of raw materials of only natural origin, we have introduced the option of covering PLA (polylactide).
PLA – poly lactic acid – is obtained from renewable natural raw materials such as corn, potatoes, rice and other starch – containing. Therefore, it is fully biodegradable, and the rate of its biodegradation may vary depending on what role the product should fulfill. It has similar properties as PP, it is transparent and relatively stiff material. It has high tensile strength and maintains its shape. High aroma and taste barrier, fat resistance. It also has very good aesthetic values, i.e. high transparency and glossy.

The combination of PLA paper and natural material meets the requirements of legal provisions on materials and products intended to come into contact with food, as well as other regulations related to this sector.
